摘要
目的:利用斑马鱼技术探究甘油葡糖苷的护肤功效。方法:用氯化钠溶液处理斑马鱼,使其皮肤表面失水皱缩,建立补水保湿模型;将斑马鱼尾鳍进行手术切断处理,建立修复模型;利用SLS(十二烷基磺酸钠)刺激诱导斑马鱼产生皮肤表面炎症反应,建立舒缓功效模型;通过斑马鱼节间血管直径的扩张程度以及血流速度评价甘油葡糖苷促进微循环的功效。结果:甘油葡糖苷能增大斑马鱼尾部面积,促进尾鳍再生,减少皮肤表面中性粒细胞的浸润,增大血管直径并加速血流。结论:甘油葡糖苷具有补水保湿、修复、舒缓及改善微循环作用。
Using zebrafish to explore the effects of glycosyl glycerol in skin care. Methods: In the experiment, zebrafish were treated with sodium chloride solution to make the skin surface lose water and wrinkle, and the tail hydrating model was established. Zebrafish caudal fin was surgically cut off to establish repair model. Using SLS(Sodium lauryl sulfonate) to stimulate and induce zebrafish to produce inflammatory response, building the models of soothing effect. The effect of promoting microcirculation was evaluated by dilatation degree of Internode vessel diameter and blood flow velocity in zebrafish. Results: glycosyl glycerol can increase tail area, promote caudal fin regeneration, reduce neutrophils infiltration in yolk sac and increase vascular diameter of zebrafish. Conclusion: glycosyl glycerol has the effects of hydrating and moisturizing, repair, anti-inflammatory and soothing and improving microcirculation.
