摘要
现代焊接技术广泛应用于各种交通工具的制造及建筑材料的生产等。如陆地、水下、高空作业都不可缺少。但焊接产生的烟尘与空气接触能形成有毒有害的物质,严重影响施焊工人的身体健康。如发生施焊工人的烧伤和矽肺甚至失明等职业病,需引起大家的重视和防范。而今,工业机器人发展迅猛,用机器人自动化替代工人从事污染有害的焊接工作,切实保障工人的身体健康与生命安全势在必行,应用前景广阔。
Modern welding technology is widely used in the manufacture of various vehicles and the production of building materials. Such as land, underwater,and high-altitude operations are indispensable. However, the fumes generated by welding can form toxic and harmful substances in contact with the air, which seriously affects the health of welding workers. If occupational diseases such as burns, silicosis or even blindness of welding workers occur, everyone should pay attention and prevent them. Nowadays, industrial robots are developing rapidly. It is imperative to use robot automation to replace workers in polluting and harmful welding work, and it is imperative to effectively protect the health and life safety of workers, broad prospects on application.
