环境风险物质的判定是影响企业风险分级的重要因素之一,《企业突发环境事件风险分级方法》(HJ941-2018)给出了环境风险物质清单,但企业实际生产过程中涉及的化学物质种类较多,成分较复杂,故存在环境风险物质漏判或误判的情况。本文作者结合实际工作经验,提出了环境风险物质的辨识方法,对混合物质、危险化学品、危险废物的环境风险属性判定进行了分析讨论,并列出了典型行业常见环境风险物质。

The determination of environmental risk substances is one of the important factors that affect the risk classification of enterprises. The Environmental Risk Substances List is given in the Method for Risk Classification of Environmental Emergencies in Enterprises(HJ941-2018). However, there are many kinds of chemical substances involved in the actual production process of enterprises, and their compositions are complex, so there are cases of omission or misjudgment of environmental risk substances. Based on the practical work experience, the author puts forward the identification method of environmental risk substances, analyzes and discusses the determination of environmental risk attributes of mixed substances, hazardous chemicals and hazardous wastes, and lists the common environmental risk substances in typical industries.
