摘要
基于未修饰的金纳米棒(AuNR)和富含胸腺嘧啶的单链DNA (T-DNA)序列,本论文构建了一种比色传感器,并实现了对汞离子的可视化检测。结果表明,当NaCl浓度为200μM,NaCl反应时间为8 min,T-DNA浓度为600 nM,Hg^(2+)孵育时间为5 min时,开发的传感器对Hg^(2+)表现出高选择性和灵敏度,线性范围和检测限分别为1~200 nM和0.62 nM,相关系数为0.995,添加回收率为96.37%~102.14%,构建的比色传感器可对5 nM及以上浓度的Hg^(2+)实现可视化检测。
In this paper, we constructed a colorimetric sensor and realized the visual detection of mercury ions based on unmodified gold nanorods(AuNR) and thymine-rich single-strand DNA(T-DNA) sequences. The results showed that when the NaCl concentration was 200 μM, the reaction time of NaCl was 8 min, the T-DNA concentration was 600 nM, and the incubation time of Hg^(2+) was 5 min, the developed sensor showed high selectivity and sensitivity to Hg^(2+). The linear range and the detection limit were 1~200 n M and 0.62 nM, with the correlation coefficient of 0.995. The recovery rate was between 96.37 % and 102.14 %. The constructed colorimetric sensor can realize the visual detection of Hg^(2+) when the concentration of Hg^(2+) was 5 nM or above.
