Analysis on the Strategy of Improving the Training Efficiency of the Chemical Skills Competition

本文介绍了南京科技职业学院充分利用化工技能大赛日常训练项目,在重视技能大赛和实践训练结果的同时,着重研究大赛和训练过程本身的规律,从训练心理学角度,阐述如何消除学生参赛所面临的三个障碍,达到提升训练效能,发掘大赛平台更高层次的应用价值。

This article introduces Nanjing Polytechnic Institute to make full use of the daily training projects of the Chemical Skills Competition. While paying attention to the results of the skill competition and practical training, it also focuses on studying the rules of the competition and the training process itself. From the perspective of training psychology, it explains how to eliminate the three obstacles faced by students in participating in the competition, improve training effectiveness, and explore the higher-level application value of the competition platform.
