摘要
综合性、设计性实验是提高学生实践能力和创新能力的重要环节。水处理综合实验系统主要由控制系统、供水系统和污水处理系统三部分组成,设计了"Fenton氧化-混凝沉淀-离子交换-MBR膜法-PLC自动控制"综合教学实践方案,一系列水处理单元操作训练使学生建立了物理法、化学法、生物法水处理系统完整的认识。综合性实验的开设提高了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
The comprehensive and designing experiment is an important segment to improve students’ practice ability and innovation ability. The comprehensive experiment of water treatment is mainly composed of the water supply system, the control system and the sewage treatment system. The integrated teaching practice scheme is carried out by the methods of Fenton oxidation, coagulation precipitation, ion exchange, membranes filtering and PLC automatic control. A series of unit operation training on water treatment enables students to establish a systemic full understanding of physical, chemical and biological water treatment methods. The results show that these experiments have improved students’ analyzing and problem-solving ability.
