摘要
为了能够使学生对电容式传感器的工作原理、信号转换方式及信号处理电路等有更深入的了解,从电容式传感器实际应用角度出发,设计并制作了基于变间隙信号转换原理的电容式气体流量传感器及其信号处理电路。详细介绍了设计过程中的相关理论及其设计过程。实验结果证明该传感器能够形象演示电容式传感器的工作机理及过程,达到良好的实验教学效果。
In order to enable students to have a deeper understanding of the working principle of capacitive sensors, signal conversion methods and signal processing circuits, the author designed and fabricated a capacitive gas flow sensor based on the principle of variable gap signal conversion and its signal processing circuit from the practical application of the capacitive sensor. The relevant theories in the design process are introduced in detail. The experimental results show that the sensor demonstrates the working mechanism and process of the capacitive sensor visually and achieve good experimental teaching effects.
