摘要
教师教学质量评价是高校保障人才培养质量的重要环节,是促进教师自我反思、改进教学效果的有力抓手。文章分析了当前我国高校教师教学评价中存在的问题,在W高校构建了"以学习为中心"的教师教学评价体系,以期引导教师投入更多的精力建设金课,满足课程教学高阶性、创新性和挑战度的要求。
Teaching quality evaluation is an important link to guarantee the quality of talent training in colleges and universities, and a powerful way to promote teachers’ self-reflection and improve the teaching effect. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching evaluation of university teachers in China, and constructs a"learning-centered"teaching evaluation system in W university. The purpose is to guide teachers to invest a lot of energy in the construction of golden curriculum so as to meet the requirements of high-level, innovative and challenging of the curriculum.
