摘要
文章从自我责任、家庭责任等7个层面构建高校大学生社会责任感评价指标体系,基于志愿服务参与程度和参与结构,构建了志愿服务参与影响社会责任感提升的理论模型,揭示了志愿服务参与程度、参与结构影响社会责任感提升的内在规律,并利用微观调查数据进行实证检验,结果表明志愿服务参与数量对社会责任提升并无显著影响,而参与结构影响显著。最后提出相应的对策建议,以期提升志愿服务的育人功能,深化"三全育人"的工作实效。
This paper constructs an evaluation index system of social responsibility from seven levels, including self-responsibility, family responsibility and so on. It also constructs a theoretical model of the impact of volunteer service participation on the improvement of social responsibility,considering influencing factors such as the degree and structure of volunteer service participation, to reveal the internal laws that influence the degree and structure of volunteer service participation on the promotion of social responsibility, and uses micro-survey data to conduct empirical tests. The results show that the number of hours of volunteer service has no significant impact on the improvement of social responsibility, while the participation structure has significant influence. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to enhance the education function of volunteer service and deepen the effectiveness of three-whole education.
