2万t列车长大下坡道区段自然溜动原因分析及应对措施

摘要 国家能源集团朔黄铁路开行2万t列车运行中,为满足长大下坡道区段列车运行的再充气时间要求,减压量以50 kPa为宜,但在长大下坡道区段被迫停车后,小减压量易发生列车自然溜动,但减压量过大又违反操纵原则,给后续操纵增加了难度,甚至造成2万t列车开行影响运输安全和效率。本文结合具体案例,运用理论计算,分析列车长大下坡道区段初减压50 k Pa停车后列车受力及溜动原因,制定针对性的措施,从而保证2万t列车运行安全。 During the running of 20,000 t trains on the CHN Energy Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway,in order to meet the re-inflation time requirements of train operation on the long heavy down grade,the pressure decrement should be 50 kPa. However,after being forced to stop on the long heavy down grade,the train is easy to slide naturally with a small pressure decrement,but the excessive pressure decrement violates the operation principles,which increases the difficulty of subsequent operation,and even causes the running of20,000 t train,affecting the transportation safety and efficiency. Combined with specific cases and theoretical calculation,this article analyzes the force and sliding causes of the train after stop on the long heavy down grade due to initial pressure decrement of 50 kPa,and formulates targeted measures to ensure the running safety of the 20,000 t train.
