摘要
采用速测仪测定缺苗严重的盐碱棉田的电导率值,以基础盐分高低划分四个处理,以出苗好的非盐碱斑处作对照,调查各处理的出苗率、出苗速度、保苗率、产量性状和棉花纤维品质。结果表明:棉田盐分越高,棉花出苗越晚、出苗速度慢、保苗率低、产量低;而且不同品种的耐盐碱性不同;出苗受抑制的界限(耐盐阀值)陆地棉为电导率值约400 ms/m,长绒棉为电导率值约500 ms/m。
The electrical conductivity value of the saline-alkali cotton field with serious seedling shortage was measured by a quick measuring instrument.Take the non-saline-alkali spots as the CK,four treatments were divided according to the level of basic salinity to investigate the seedling emergence rate,seedling rate,seedling retention rate,yield traits and fiber quality of cotton.The results showed that the higher the salt content in cotton field,the later the cotton emergence,the slower the emergence rate,the lower the seedling retention rate and the yield.And the different varieties have different salt and alkali resistance.The limit of seedling inhibition(salt tolerance threshold)is about 400 ms/m for upland cotton,and about 500 ms/m for long-staple cotton.
