摘要
针对一种配用于导弹发动机热启动切割装置的热感应器,为实现切割装置可靠作用,开展了热感应器在热启动条件下的点火匹配性能研究。采用耐高温的钝感炸药PYX和HNS作为热感应器装药,通过安全性试验、马弗炉起爆试验、火烧试验进行热感应器功能考核。试验结果表明:采用PYX和HNS 2种炸药的切割装置均能满足450℃、60s加热的安全性要求;采用HNS炸药的切割装置基本能够在不低于800℃的火灾持续约30s内完成切割功能,表明利用该种装药形式原理可行。
Aimed at a new type of thermal inductor assembled in the thermal start cutting device of missile engine,and to realize the cutting effect reliably,the ignition matching performance study of the thermal inductor under hot start condition was carried out.The insensitive explosives of PYX and HNS with thermal resistance property were adopted,through safety test,Muffle furnace initiation test and fire test,the function properties of thermal inductor were tested.The results show that the cutting device using PYX and HNS explosives can meet the safety requirement of heating at 450℃for 60s,the cutting device using HNS explosive can basically complete the cutting function within about 30s under the fire condition of no less than 800℃,which indicate the principle of this charging form is feasible.
