摘要
高校是物流快递市场的重要组成部分之一,大学城末端配送是物流快递的重要环节。文章在调查福州大学城快递末端配送现状的基础上,根据各个不同的区域和学校分析福州大学城快递末端配送存在问题,采取因地制宜的办法,同时提出了多种有效的配送模式改良措施,实行措施落实理念从而提高整个末端配送效率。为大学城各快递公司提升配送效率,根据各个快递公司所提供的数据进行分析与讨论,应用不同策略来为改善配送服务质量提供决策支持。
The university is one of the important parts of the logistics express market,and the distribution at the end of the university town is an important part of the logistics express.In the end of the survey of Fuzhou University City express delivery status quo,on the basis of the analysis according to different regions and schools of Fuzhou University City express distribution problems at the end,to adjust measures to local conditions,and at the same time put forward a variety of effective improvement measures of distribution mode,implement measures to carry out the concept so as to improve the efficiency of the whole distribution at the end.To improve the delivery efficiency of the express delivery companies in the university town,according to the data provided by the express delivery companies to analyze and discuss,the application of different strategies to improve the quality of delivery services to provide decision support.
