福建省区域经济韧性测度研究

Research on measuring regional economic resilience in Fujian province

新常态下经济结构转型与外部环境不确定的实际,要求经济体体现出发展"韧性"。文章在对经济韧性概念总结与对现有研究进行分析的基础上,构建了基于四力框架的经济韧性评价体系,并以福建省九市为例,采用主成分分析法对福建省区域经济韧性进行了测度,结果显示福建省地级市层面区域经济韧性差异较大。对此文章提出了推进绿色发展、促进产业多样化与高级化发展、提升创新水平、发展数字经济的政策建议。

The reality in the new normal that economic structural is transitioning and the external environment is uncertain requires the economy to show"resilience".Based on the summary of the concept of economic resilience and the analysis of existing research,this paper constructs an economic resilience evaluation system based on the four-force framework.Taking nine cities in Fujian province as an example,the principal component analysis method is used to evaluate the regional economic resilience of Fujian province.The measurement was carried out,and the results showed that the regional economic resilience of the cities in Fujian province varies greatly.This paper puts forward policy recommendation that the government should promote green development,promote industrial diversification and advanced development,and improving the level of innovation.
