摘要
员工个人能力、素质水平,直接影响一个企业的工作完成质量、未来发展质量。在这一条件下,企业应该重视人力资源管理工作,秉持创新精神,开展更为有效的员工培训工作,以培养更多的高素质员工。文章以员工培训工作为中心展开探讨,对企业人力资源管理部门全面开展员工培训工作的重要作用进行介绍,并分别从现状、创新策略角度出发,对员工培训工作的开展情况、方式进行分析。
The personal ability and quality level of employees directly affect the work completion quality and future development quality of an enterprise.Under this condition,enterprises should pay attention to human resource management,uphold the spirit of innovation,and carry out more effective employee training in order to cultivate more high-quality employees.This paper focuses on employee training,and introduces the important role of enterprise human resources management department in comprehensively carrying out employee training.From the perspective of current situation and innovation strategy,this paper analyzes the development and methods of employee training.
