基层员工培训对策探讨——以F旅游度假区为例

摘要 随着经济的发展,企业之间的竞争愈发激烈,企业之间的竞争最后演变成了人才的竞争。文章以F旅游度假区为例,采用了实地调查的方法,了解到旅游度假区基层员工培训现存的问题,包括重视程度低、培训内容单调、培训方式单一、培训目的性不强、培训结果不明显等。基于这些问题,文章提出了可行的应对措施,指出旅游度假区可以通过实施提高培训重视程度、丰富培训内容、运用多种培训方式、明确培训目的、加强培训评估检测等策略提高基层员工培训成效。 With the development of the economy,the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce,and the competition among enterprises has finally evolved into a competition for talents.This article takes F tourism resort area as an example and adopts the method of field investigation to understand the existing problems in the training of grassroots employees in the tourism resort area,including low emphasis,monotonous training content,single training method,low training purpose,and poor training results.Based on these issues,this article proposes feasible countermeasures,pointing out that tourism resorts can improve the effectiveness of grassroots staff training by implementing strategies such as increasing the importance of training,enriching training content,using multiple training methods,clarifying training objectives,and strengthening training evaluation and testing.
