摘要
在住房和城乡建设部开展试点城市更新的大环境背景下,基于风热环境做出的老城改造优化,具有提升居住舒适感的现实意义。本文以合肥市霍邱路周边城区为案例,综合分析季节性风环境、热环境共同作用下的老城区街巷舒适性的影响因素。采用实地调研和物理环境数值模拟技术,以风热环境为依据,通过不同的局部改造对比分析空间要素与风热环境耦合关系,对实验区域做出风热环境优化比较,总结了老城热岛效应的内在因素,并提出建立城市风道、减少密闭空间、增加迎风导向、点式化优化等局部改造策略,为老城更新和规划提供优化和决策的理论依据。
In the context of the pilot urban renewal carried out by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,the optimization of old city renovation based on wind and thermal environment has the practical significance to enhance the residential comfort of residents.Through the case study of the urban area around Huoqiu Road in Hefei City,the influencing factors of street comfort in the old urban blocks are analyzed comprehensively under the combined action of seasonal wind environment and thermal environment.By using field research method and numerical simulation technology of physical environment,based on wind and thermal environment,this paper carries out comparative analysis on the coupling relationship between spatial elements and wind-heat environment through different local transformation methods,makes the wind-heat environment optimization comparison for the experimental area,summarizes the intrinsic factors of heat island effect in the old city,and proposes local transformation strategies such as establishing urban air ducts,reducing confined space,increasing windward orientation,and pointing optimization,which provide the theoretical basis for the optimization and decision-making on the renewal and planning of the old city.
