摘要
针对导弹舱段自动化对接过程中,存在舱段尺寸小且质量大、对接面特征复杂等问题,提出了一种导弹舱段自动对接技术思路以及工程实现方法。基于6自由度并联平台和位姿测量系统,设计了一套用于实现舱段自动对接的机械系统,并进行了工程验证。研究结果表明,该系统可实现空空导弹舱段的自动化精准对接,提高导弹总装生产线的整体技术水平。
Aiming at the problems of small size,large mass and complex docking surface features in the automatic docking of missile cabins,this paper proposes a technical idea and engineering realization method for automatic docking of missile cabins.Based on the six-degree-of-freedom parallel platform and the pose measurement system,a mechanical system for automatic cabin docking is designed and verified by engineering.The application verification results prove that the system can realize the automatic and precise docking of air-to-air missile cabins and improve the overall technical level of the missile assembly line.
