应急通信节点是前沿指挥阵地为处置突发事件、组织抢险救灾等而构建的通信节点。我国幅员辽阔,通信基础设施发展不均衡,组建机动灵活、手段丰富、运行稳定的通信节点对前沿指挥阵地意义重大。根据个人工作经验,为应急通信节点开设提出一些建议。
