摘要
本研究采用文献资料法等方法对韩国特殊体育专业、人才培养模式进行分析,归纳提炼出韩国特殊体育专业人才培养主要模式.专业设置方面:韩国高校特殊体育专业分为师范类和非师范类专业.11所高校有特殊体育专业,8所为师范类专业,3所为非师范专业.学分设置方面:师范类专业需修满102学分,成绩合格者直接颁发特殊体育教师资格证;非师范类专业可以考取残疾人体育指导员证,持证就业.等级设置方面:残疾人体育指导员分为一级、二级指导员资格证.指导员资格证考试程序包括:笔试、面试(技能、专业知识)、进修学习等3个阶段.借鉴韩国特殊体育人才培养模式的经验对我国特殊体育人才培养模式的完善具有积极的指导意义.
This study analyzes the special sports majors and talent cultivation model in Korea by using literature method and other methods,and summarizes and distills the main model of Korean special sports majors'talent cultivation.In terms of major settings,special sports majors in Korean universities are divided into teacher-training and non-teacher-training majors,among which,11 universities have special sports majors,8 are teacher-training majors and 3 are non-teacher-training majors.In terms of credit setting:teacher-training majors are required to complete 102 credits,and those who pass the grade are directly issued with special physical education teacher's certificate;non-teaching majors can take the certificate of physical education instructor for the disabled and be employed with the certificate.In terms of level settings:sports instructors for the disabled are divided into Level 1 and Level 2 instructor qualifications.The instructor qualification examination procedure includes 3 stages:written examination,interview(skills and expertise),and further study.Based on the above,the experience of Korean special sports personnel training model has positive guiding significance for the improvement of special sports personnel training model in China.
