以化痰止咳类中成药为例探讨咳嗽病用药方案的审方规则

Discussion on prescription-checking rules of cough medication regimen with expectorant and antitussive Chinese patent medicine

目的:制订以化痰止咳类中成药为例的咳嗽病用药方案的审方规则,为审方提供参考。方法:查阅《咳嗽中医诊疗专家共识意见(2011版)》《中华人民共和国药典临床用药须知》等文献,将2020年版国家医保目录中化痰止咳类中成药作为咳嗽病中医药治疗的药物,并作为审方规则和差异审核研究的药物。以通宣理肺丸为例,从中医诊断、用法用量、特殊人群用药、药物相互作用、重复用药、禁忌症、用药监护、患者宣教要点等方面对审核规则进行初步研究。结果和结论:本研究制订了以化痰止咳类中成药为例的咳嗽病用药方案的审方规则,对保障临床安全、合理用药非常必要。

Objective:To develop prescription-checking rules of cough medication regimen with expectorant and antitussive Chinese patent medicine,so as to provide reference for prescription review.Methods:By referring to such professional documents as“Expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of cough with traditional Chinese medicine(2011 edition)”and“Instructions for clinical medication in Chinese pharmacopoeia”,expectorant and antitussive Chinese patent drugs classified in the National Catelogue of Medical Insurance(2020 edition)were used as traditional Chinese medicines for treatment of cough and for prescription-checking rules and prescription review.Take the Tongxuan Lifei pill as an example.Initial investigations were made from the standpoints of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,application and dosage,special population,drug interactions,repeated medication,contraindication,pharmceutical care of medication,key points of patient propaganda and education and so on.Results and Conclusion:The prescription-checking rules for cough medication regimen were successfully developed with expectorant and antitussive Chinese patent medicine as an example,and it was absolutely necessary for assurance of safe and rational medication in clinic.
