摘要
借助管理学中的行为触点图分析方法,对邮轮空调通风生产设计过程中典型的风管建模、设备定义工作进行痛点分析,结果表明,在邮轮空调通风生产设计过程中的技术管理方面,重点在于输入条件和输出反馈;在计划管理方面,需确保结构风道、舾装风管、设备定义的协同设计工作有序进行;在人才管理方面,应在科学评估设计工时的基础上合理配置人力,提出邮轮空调通风生产设计的过程管理改善方案。
By means of behavior contact diagram from management science,the pain points of the typical duct modeling and equipment defining process in cruise’s heating ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC)production design were analyzes.The results showed that in the technical management of the production design process of the cruise’s HVAC,the key points are input condition and output feedback;for the plan management,the structural duct/outfitting duct/equipment defining should be carried forward in order;for the talent management,the manpower should be arranged proper based on scientific evaluation of the design man-hour.The process management improvement plan of production design of cruise’s HVAC was put forward.
