摘要
针对大尺度薄板分段刚性较弱的问题,分析薄板翻身的工艺,利用有限元方法分析翻身装置本体及吊梁在各种工况下的强度,结合邮轮薄板分段的结构特征,设计翻身专业装置的垫块和限位器。
In view of the weak sectional rigidity of large-scale thin plate,the process of thin plate turning over was analyzed to form a large-scale thin plate sectional turning over scheme.The strength of turning over device body and lifting beam under various working conditions was assessed by finite element method.Combined with the structural characteristics of the thin plate section of the cruise ship,the cushion block and limiter of the turnover professional device were designed.The technical difficulty of insufficient structural rigidity and easy deformation in the process of large-scale thin plate sectional turning over can be solved.
