摘要
以某散货船甲板室的翼桥结构为研究目标,针对船型升级要求,提出4种不同的翼桥结构设计方案,采用有限元法计算不同方案下翼桥结构的固有频率与振动响应,与SMCR转速下主机缸频、螺旋桨叶频比较,验证是否避开机械设备工作频率,并从结构重量、固有频率,以及振动响应3个方面比较4个方案的性能参数,方案四比原方案重量有所减轻,结构固有频率躲避设备工作频率且留有较大频率余度,具有较好避振效果,最终选定方案四。
Taking the bridge wings structure of deckhouse belonged to a bulk carrier as study object,four kind different design schemes for bridge wings were designed.FEM was applied to analysis the natural frequency and vibration response of bridge wings in different design schemes,comparing with main engine cylinder frequency,propeller blade frequency at service maximum continuous rating(SMCR)working condition,to confirm that the natural frequencies avoid working frequencies of main engine and propeller or not.The performance parameters of four schemes were compared from structural weight,natural frequency and vibration response.The results showed that the fourth scheme has less weight compared with the former plan,its natural frequency with an allowance avoid working frequency of equipment with better effect on anti-vibration,so it was chosen as the ultimate design.
