摘要
对JU2000E型自升式钻井平台不同搭载方式进行对比,利用精度基准线技术及模拟搭载技术对钻台搭载方式进行改进,提前完成坞内预搭载方式所要完成的定位与钻孔作业,能实现坞内一次性搭载到位,可提高搭载质量,解决预搭载需要完成的作业,采用钻台坞内一次性搭载方式进行钻台的搭载作业,搭载质量、效率与安全都能得到保证。
The effects of different loading methods of JU2000E jack-up drilling platform were compared.The precision baseline technology and simulation loading technology were used to innovate the drilling platform loading mode,and the positioning and drilling operation of the pre-loading mode in the dock were completed in advance.By this way,the one-time loading in the dock can be achieved,the loading quality is improved,and the pre-loading operation needs to be completed is solved.The quality,efficiency and safety of the drilling platform can be guaranteed by using the one-time loading method in the drilling dock.
