摘要 为合理计算焊接工时,在普适的船舶结构装配原则基础上,根据最小装配、相邻装配、同分支非相邻装配,不同分支装配的焊接阶段、装配基面朝向判定方法、以及焊接位置简化计算原则,构建船体结构焊缝装配仿真算法,通过由装配基面方向进一步计算得到焊接轴线和焊接体朝向,结合中国船级社相关规范确定焊接位置,在Smart3D®软件三维空间中实现了船舶结构装配焊接位置的仿真计算,计算结果准确,过程高效。 In order to reasonably calculate welder man-hour,based on the general regulation of ship structure assembly,a simulation algorithm for welding seam assembly of ship structure was established according to the minimum assembly,adjacent assembly,non-adjacent assemblies in a same branch,as well as welding stage of different branch assembly,the assembly base direction calculating method and the simplified calculate rule of welding position.The welding axis and welding body orientation were further calculated from the assembly base plane direction,and the welding position was determined according to the relevant specifications of China Classification Society.The simulation calculation of the assembly welding position of ship structure was realized in Smart3D®with accurate calculation results and efficient process.
