新时代国家与国家间的较量,已经由传统的政治、经济领域向以价值观为主的意识形态领域转变。西方意识形态的恶意渗透,对我国高校大学生意识形态产生了负面的影响和冲击。因此,在高校开展马克思主义意识形态话语权的建构至关重要。云南地区不仅地处边疆,而且还是少数民族聚居地区,在云南地区高校构建马克思主义意识形态话语权,关乎新时代培养具有马克思主义意识形态的接班人,增强云南地区高校马克思主义意识形态话语权的指导地位。

The contest between countries in the new era has changed from the traditional political and economic field to the ideological field dominated by values.The malicious infiltration of Western ideology has had a negative impact on the ideology of college students in China.Therefore,it is very important to construct the discourse power of Marxist ideology in colleges and universities.Yunnan is not only located in the frontier,but also an area inhabited by ethnic minorities.Building the discourse power of Marxist ideology in colleges and universities in Yunnan is related to cultivating successors with Marxist ideology in the new era and enhancing the guiding position of the discourse power of Marxist ideology.
