Strategy Analysis of Digital Public Safety Education in Public Libraries

公共安全教育是公共图书馆应履行的社会职责,公共图书馆具备开展全民普及的、实践性体验式的、专业化体系化的及针对公共突发事件应急性的公共安全教育的优势。为弥补目前公共安全教育的不足,创新公共安全教育模式,政府应将公共安全教育纳入公共图书馆服务体系,以项目制形式建设特色资源库,开展合作式的线上线下服务,引导社会力量加入项目建设,注重公众体验,加强项目的宣传推广。

Public safety education is a social responsibility that public libraries should perform.Public libraries have the advantages of carrying out universal,practical,experiential,professional and systematic public safety education for public emergencies.In order to make up for the shortcomings of current public safety education and innovate the mode of public safety education,the government should incorporate public safety education into the public library service system,build a characteristic resource library in the form of project system,carry out cooperative online and offline services,guide social forces to join the project construction,pay attention to public experience and strengthen the publicity and promotion of the project.
