文旅型特色小镇“点—线—面”立体发展策略研究——以婺窑小镇为例

Research on the Three-dimensional Development Strategy of “Point-Line-Area” in Cultural Tourism Town——Taking Wuyao Town as an Example

特色产业源自对小镇特色资源的有效利用,是小镇持续发展的源动力、小镇建设的核心,全方位影响小镇发展。文旅型特色小镇在产业定位、建设现状、发展策略等方面具有典型性,文化原点的横向拓展与纵向深化是产业建设的基础,文旅线路的多维度打造是产业建设的脉络,产业平面的立体化建构是小镇资源利用水平的集中体现,"点-线-面"立体发展策略是文旅特色小镇建设的路径,是我国特色小镇深化实践的新思路。以金华婺窑小镇为例,研究其立体发展过程,能为我国文旅型特色小镇建设提供重要借鉴。

Characteristic industry is the source power of sustainable development of small towns.Wuyao Town,as a rising star of cultural and tourism characteristic town,is typical in industry orientation,construction status and development strategy.The horizontal expansion and vertical deepening of cultural origin is the foundation of industrial construction,the multi-dimensional construction of cultural tourism routes is the vein of industrial construction,the three-dimensional construction of industrial plane is the concentrated embodiment of the town’s resource utilization level,and the three-dimensional development strategy of"point-line-area"is the construction path of Wuyao town,which also provides new ideas for deepening the practice of characteristic towns in China.
