摘要
采用液相沉淀法制备了ZnO/CaCO_(3)复合粉体,考察了工艺参数对形貌和分散状态的影响,分析了ZnO在CaCO_(3)表面的组装过程和ZnO的生长方式,测试了复合粉体的硫化活化性能。研究结果表明:当ZnO和CaCO_(3)质量比为1∶2,沉淀反应物物质的量的配比为1∶1,煅烧温度为300~350℃时,ZnO/CaCO_(3)复合粉体比表面积可达19.827 m^(2)/g且有着良好的分散状态,CaCO_(3)表面ZnO的粒径较小(5~10 nm)。在CaCO_(3)表面上反应生成的羟基磷灰石对Zn^(2+)的吸附的作用是将ZnO与CaCO_(3)成功组装在一起的关键,也是ZnO沿垂直CaCO_(3)表面方向生长的原因。将复合粉体应用于丁苯橡胶硫化中,硫化时转矩值最高达10.07 dN·m,硫化速率CRI最快为0.247 s^(-1)。
ZnO/CaCO_(3) composite powder was prepared by liquid precipitation method.The morphology,dispersion state,formation process and vulcanization activation properties of the composite were characterized and measured.Experimental results show that when the mass ratio of ZnO to CaCO_(3) is 1∶2,the molar ratio of precipitated reactants is 1∶1,and calcination temperature is 300-350℃,the specific surface area of the composite powder can reach 19.827 m^(2)/g with a good dispersion state.The particle size of zinc oxide on the surface of calcium carbonate was about 5 to 10 nm.The adsorption of Zn^(2+) by hydroxyapatite which is formed by reaction on the surface of calcium carbonate is key to the successful assembly of zinc oxide and calcium carbonate,and also the reason for the growth of zinc oxide in the direction perpendicular to the surface of calcium carbonate.This composite powder was used in the vulcanization of styrene-butadiene rubber,the torque value was up to 10.07 dN·m,and the fastest vulcanization rate CRI was 0.247 s^(-1).
