人工智能是新一代科学技术的重要成果,为社区疫情防控提供了保障,推动了社区治理模式的转变、智慧社区的建立,提升了社区治理的科学性。但人工智能也是一把双刃剑,由于制度的缺失、算法歧视和技术理性的存在,容易出现居民隐私泄露、社区决策“一刀切”的现象。加强人工智能的法制建设,借助区块链技术构建数字信任体系,正确看待人工智能存在的技术缺陷,是降低社区治理成本、有效提升社区治理效能的必然选择。

Artificial intelligence is an important achievement of the new generation of science and technology.It has provided a guarantee for community epidemic prevention and control,promoted the transformation of community governance model and the establishment of smart communities,and improved the scientific nature of community governance.However,artificial intelligence is also a double-edged sword.Due to the lack of relevant regulations,the algorithm-based discrimination and the technical rationality,it is easy to leak residents’privacy and make“one size fits all”community decisions.Strengthening the legal construction of artificial intelligence,building a digital trust system with the help of blockchain technology,and correctly viewing the technical defects of artificial intelligence are the inevitable choices to reduce the cost of community governance and effectively improve the efficiency of community governance.
