In the practice of poverty control in China,there have emerged many practical samples and typical cases of pairing-up assistance between regions,and“Minning model”is one of them.?After 25 years of practice,“Minning mode”has now formed a practice mechanism of joint promotion,paired assistance,typical demonstration and industry driving,and the pattern of poverty alleviation cooperation is more mature,and the results of poverty alleviation are obvious to all.“Minning model”has created a new way of poverty alleviation cooperation between the eastern region and the western region with demonstrative significance,and has actively explored the modernization of poverty management under the leadership of the Party.It is a profound understanding and vivid practice of the essence of socialism,and has unique and important significance for the anti-poverty cause of the Party.
