根面平整在牙骨质撕裂治疗中的临床分析

Clinical analysis of root planing in treatment of cemental tears

目的探讨根面平整术治疗牙骨质撕裂导致牙周病变的疗效。方法选取2014年3月至2017年12月来咸宁市第一人民医院因单个牙牙龈反复肿痛、瘘管及窄而深牙周袋就诊并诊断为牙骨质撕裂合并牙周炎的患者9例,采用根面平整术治疗并观察临床疗效。结果采用根面平整术治疗后成功率为44.4%,好转率33.3%,无效率为22.2%。结论牙骨质撕裂临床报道较少且极易误诊,本研究从该类患者临床表现、治疗方法及疗效进行阐述为临床研究提供相应的参考。

【Objective】To investigate the curative effect of root planing in the treatment of periodontal disease caused by cemental tear.【Methods】From March 2014 to December 2017,the patients with single gingival swelling and pain repeatedly,the patients with periodontal disease caused by cemental tear in our hospital were selected.Root planing was used in treatment and the clinical effect was observed.【Results】The success rate was 44.4%,the improvement rate was 33.3%,and the ineffective rate was 22.2%.【Conclusion】There are few clinical reports of cemental tears and it is easy to be misdiagnosed.This study elaborates the clinical manifestations,treatment methods and curative effect of this kind of patients,so as to provide corresponding reference for clinical research.
