团体膳食课程对维持性血液透析高磷血症患者控磷饮食的影响

Effect of group diet course on phosphorus control diet in maintenance hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia

目的探讨团体膳食课程对维持性血液透析患者控磷饮食的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月南阳宝树透析中心收治的136例维持性血液透析高磷血症的患者,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组给予醋酸钙治疗。观察组在醋酸钙治疗的基础上给予团体膳食课程干预。比较两组控磷饮食状况及高磷血症的控制情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组干预后的控磷饮食依从性评分、低磷饮食健康信念评分更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组干预后的血磷达标率更高,而血磷水平、钙磷乘积更低且血红蛋白水平更高(P<0.05)。结论团体膳食课程能够提高血液透析高磷血症患者的低磷饮食信念和控磷饮食依从性,从而进一步降低患者的血磷水平。

【Objective】To investigate the effect of group diet course on phosphorus control diet in maintenance hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia.【Methods】Sixty-eight patients with hyperphosphatemia in maintenance hemodialysis admitted to Nanyang Baoshu Dialysis Center from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group and treated with calcium acetate.Sixty-eight patients with hyperphosphatemia in maintenance hemodialysis admitted to Nanyang Baoshu Dialysis Center from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation group and they were given group diet course intervention on the basis of calcium acetate treatment.The control of phosphorus diet and hyperphosphatemia were compared between the two groups.【Results】Compared with the control group,phosphorus control diet compliance score,low phosphorus diet health belief score in the observation group after the intervention were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the standard rate of blood phosphorus in the observation group after the intervention was higher,blood phosphorus level,calcium phosphorus product was lower,hemoglobin level was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Group diet course can improve the belief of low-P diet and compliance of phosphorus control diet in patients with hemodialysis hyperphosphatemia,and further reduce the level of blood phosphorus.
