防渗涂料对内花键齿轮渗碳隔离工艺的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用显微组织分析、机械加工、硬度测试等试验方法对内花键齿轮的渗碳隔离工艺进行了研究,并分析了涂料的涂刷工艺性能、流平性、涂层厚度均匀性、耐高温性能等指标对渗碳隔离效果的影响,结合内花键齿轮渗碳工艺,对比不同防渗涂料的防渗碳效果,并进行了试验验证。试验结果表明:在930℃×24 h渗碳工艺条件下,1#涂料具有良好的工艺性能和渗碳隔离效果,可以满足内花键齿轮高效率、高稳定性、高防护性能的渗碳隔离技术要求。渗碳隔离工艺的研究,可为后期的推广应用提供技术支撑。 Carburizing isolated process of internal spline gears was studied by means of microstructure analysis,mechanical processing,hardness test and so on.The effect on carburizing isolated process such as brushing process performance of coating,flow property,coating thickness uniformity,high temperature resistance and so on were analyzed.In combination with carburizing process of internal spline gears,the effect of different coating was compared and verified by experiments.The results showed that 1#coating had better process performance and carburizing isolation effect under the process condition of 930℃×24 h carburizing process,which met the carburizing isolated technical requirements of high efficiency,high stability,high protection.The research of carburizing isolated process provided technical support for popularization and application in the near future.
