摘要
本文介绍了设计高压全数字式蒸汽疏水阀型式试验平台的必要性,设计了智能化测试平台的各项性能指标,设计了该平台的主要内容、设计难点、设计关键点。该平台测试压力等级PN160,设计最高操作压力10.0 MPa,测试疏水阀最大容量500 t/h,测试最大口径DN200。试验平台建设完成后进行调试试验,试验达标。该试验平台的建设完成提升了国内疏水阀型式试验能力水平,可以为行业内疏水阀产品提供共性关键技术的研究与品质验证服务,为国家标准GB/T 12251—2005的修订及再版提供必要的基础技术条件。
It was introduced that the necessity of designing test platform of the high pressure all-digital steam trap type,and we designed various performance indicators of intelligent test platform including the main content of the platform,design difficulties,and design key points.The test pressure grade of this platform was PN160,the designed maximum operating pressure was 10.0 MPa,the maximum capacity of the test trap was 500 t/h,and the testing maximum caliber was DN200.The test platform was debugged and tested after the completion of the construction,and the test reached the standard.The construction of the test platform improved the domestic trap type test capacity,which could provide research and quality verification services for the common key technologies of trap products in the industry,and also could provide the necessary basic technical conditions for the revision and republication of the national standard GB/T 12251—2005.
