摘要
Octave是一种科学计算软件,旨在提供与MATLAB语法兼容的开放源代码科学计算及数值分析的工具。概述了精馏设计中图解法计算精馏塔理论塔板数的原理,通过对乙醇-水溶液混合体系实例计算,展示了图解手动计算的过程。目前已有的自动解算理论塔板数编程工具基本停留在使用商业付费软件上,开源软件编程实例较少。结合手动计算原理,引进了使用Octave自动解算及绘图新技术。利用Octave数据拟合、数值计算和图表绘制等功能,详细展示了二元物料体系精馏过程中理论塔板数的求解过程。通过与传统手工图解计算方式的对比分析可知,该技术简洁高效,通俗易懂;程序可移植性高,可视化强,结果准确。求解结果以动态绘图方式展现出来,改进后的程序适用性更强,为科研教学及工程技术人员提供了极大便利。
Octave was a scientific computing software,which aimed to provide open-source scientific computing and numerical analysis tools which was compatible with MATLAB grammar.It was summarized that the principle of diagram and calculation of the theoretical plate number of the rectifying column in rectification design.Through the example calculation of ethanol water solution mixed system,the process of graphical manual calculation was shown.At present,the existing programming tools for automatically solving the theoretical plate number basically stayed in the use of commercial paid software,and there were few examples of open-source software programming.Combined with the principle of manual calculation,a new technology of automatic solution and drawing by using octave was introduced.Through octave data fitting,numerical calculation,chart drawing,and so on,the solution process of theoretical plate number in the rectification process of binary material system was shown in detail.Compared and analyzed with the traditional manual graphic calculation method,this technology was simple,efficient and easy to understand,the program had high portability,strong visualization and accurate results.The solution results were displayed by dynamic drawing,and the improved program was more applicable,which provided great convenience for scientific research,teaching and engineering technicians.
