一种复合润滑挤压C型向心关节轴承的设计

摘要 针对某型飞机上关节轴承因动载荷承载能力不够引起的摩擦力过大而磨损抱死情况,利用带PTFE复合材料具有自润滑和耐油特性,设计了一种复合润滑挤压C型向心关节轴承,通过挤压工艺在外圈内球面镶嵌金属背衬,油孔、油槽、外圈内球面驻油槽组成油脂润滑系统,润滑方式为PTFE复合材料润滑叠加油脂润滑的复合润滑,具有比织物衬垫型的自润滑关节轴承更低的摩擦因数。参考JB/T 8565标准估算轴承动载荷能力,修正轴承载荷模量参考GJB 5502标准开展摆动磨损试验,验证该轴承的动承载能力。试验结果表明,轴承的承载能力可以满足修正后载荷指标要求,载荷模量优于JB/T 8565的规定值,可以替代问题轴承避免出现磨损抱死的问题。 Aimed at the situation of excessive friction and wear lock because dynamic load bearing capacity was not enough of the spherical plain bearing on an aircraft,we took advantage of the PTFE composite material with self-lubricating and oil resistance characteristics,a compound lubrication extrusion C-type spherical plain bearing was designed.Metal backing was inlaid in the inner spherical surface of the outer ring through the extrusion process,and grease lubrication system was composed of oil hole,oil groove and oil sump in the internal spherical surface of outer ring.The lubrication mode was PTFE composite material lubrication plus grease lubrication,which had a lower friction coefficient than T-type liner self-lubricating spherical plain bearing.The radial dynamic load capacity of the bearing was estimated with the reference of standard JB/T 8565 and the bearing load modulus was amended with the reference of standard GJB 5502,and carried out by swinging wear experiments,so the dynamic carrying capacity of the bearing was verified.The test results showed that capacity of the C-type spherical plain bearing could meet the requirements of the revised load index,which was better than the specified values of JB/T 8565,and could solve the problem of the bearing wear locking.
