碳纤维层合板低能量冲击后静强度试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对T300/12K碳纤维层合板冲击后的静拉伸强度开展试验研究。参照国标设计了碳纤维冲击试验试件。通过湿法铺层常温真空加压工艺制作碳纤维层合板,数控加工方式制取试件。选取多种能量对试件开展冲击试验和冲击后静强度拉伸试验。结果表明:试件凹坑面积随冲击能量增大基本呈线性增大趋势;试件拉伸载荷峰值、断裂时位移以及剩余拉伸强度随冲击能量增大均呈单调减小趋势;试件断口基本位于冲击区域附近,断口方向与纤维方向垂直。 An experimental study was carried out on the static tensile strength of T300/12K carbon fiber laminate after impact,and the carbon fiber impact test specimen was designed with the reference to the national standard.The carbon fiber laminate was made by wet layup and normal temperature vacuum pressure process,and the specimen was made by numerical control machining.A variety of energies were selected to carry out the impact test and the static strength tensile test after impact on the specimen.The results showed that the pit area of the specimen increased linearly with the increase of impact energy,the peak tensile load of the specimen,the displacement at break,and the residual tensile strength decreased monotonously with the increase of impact energy.The fracture of the specimen was basically located near the impact area,and the fracture direction was perpendicular to the fiber direction.
