《望诊遵经》面部色诊学术特色

Academic Characteristics of Facial Color Diagnosis in Wang Zhen Zun Jing

汪宏所著《望诊遵经》是一部全面论述中医望诊的诊断学专著,面部色诊更是其中重要组成部分。笔者通读全书主要体会一是面色深浅浓淡可初步判定病证虚实,但要注意与光泽明亮度辨识相结合,也应注意排除非病理因素影响;二是临床常见五色交错同样需要结合光泽度的辨识,对判断病势轻重、预后吉凶具有重要意义;三是创造性地提出“明堂六部”划分,对辨识病变部位具有较高的实用性;四是可从面色的色质与部位准确把握面色的动态变化。通过本文阐述以期重新引起众医家对面部色诊的关注,切实发挥传统中医诊断理论对现代临床实践的指导作用。

Wang Zhen Zun Jing,which wrote by WANG Hong,is a comprehensive inspection of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine monographs.Facial color diagnosis is an important part among it.This paper tries to:1.Colour shades of identification;2.Complexion and hybrid combination of identification;3.Face parts classification identification;4.The dynamic variation of the face recognition,to clarify the inspection according to the rich connotation of facial color diagnosis theory,analysis the concrete problems in actual operation,show the flexibility and the complexity of diagnosis,in order to cause the attention of the acknowledgement of facial color diagnosis,and develop the theory of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis for the modern clinical practice guidance.
