《女科折衷纂要》为晚清医家凌德所著,其书广纳先哲著作之精华,设有调经、虚劳、胎前、临产、杂症及产后6门共79论,详细阐述了妇人生理病理特点及女科之疾的病因病机、诊断、治法、方药。凌德认为妇人具有“经行最宜谨慎”“后天之用,独重于脾”的生理病理特点;在女科之疾的病机方面认为经行变症不过血滞与血枯,并从十二经论胎堕的病机;在诊断方面提出调经之事尤重辨色及女科之诊、当脉症合参的观点;在治法、方药方面认为应宗先贤之学但不可拘泥于其中,尤重“和法”及血病当用苦甘之剂。本书取各家之长,重视临床诊疗,具有一定的实用参考价值。

Nv Ke Zhe Zhong Zuan Yao was written by LING De,a doctor in the late Qing Dynasty.The book contained the essence of the works of the ancient sages,including the six chapters of regulating menstruation,virtual labor,pre-pregnancy,parturient labor,miscellaneous diseases and postpartum.There are 79 articles in it,and the physiological and pathological characteristics of women and the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of gynecological diseases were expounded in detail.LING believes that women have the physiological and pathological characteristics of"menstrual exercises are most suitable for caution"and"acquired use is only more important than the spleen";in terms of the pathogenesis of women's diseases,he believed that menstrual changes are not more than blood stagnation and blood dryness.And discussed the pathogenesis of fetal abortion from the twelve meridians;in terms of diagnosis,it is proposed to regulate menstruation,especially color discrimination and women’s diagnosis,and the point of view of combining pulse and disease;in terms of treatment and prescription Learn,but don’t stick to it,especially the"harmony"and blood disease as a bitter and sweet remedy.This book draws on the essence of each famous doctor,attaches importance to clinical diagnosis and treatment,and has certain practical reference value.
