终身教育视野下的苏州市社区教育实践研究

Research on the Practice of Community Education in Suzhou from the Perspective of Lifelong Education

根据国家建成服务全民终身学习的现代教育体系的指引,建设学习型社会的实践在全国尤其是经济较为发达的地区迅速发展,随着苏州学习型城市和四个名城建设的不断推进,作为终身教育组成部分的社区教育的发展愈发重要。通过系统研究欧美发达国家终身教育的发展历史和现状,运用比较研究和实践研究的方法,对苏州市社区教育发展的现状和相关问题进行了探讨,提出了加强立法建设和政府统筹、引入社会力量并建立各方协作机制、建设完善评价制度、拓宽社区教育经费渠道等建议,期望对今后苏州的社区教育发展实践提供一定的帮助。

According to the nation’s guidance of building a modern education system to serve lifelong learning for all the people,the practice of constructing a learning society has flourished in the whole country,especially in affluent areas.With the continuous promotion of the construction of a learning city and four famous cities of Suzhou,the development of community education as a part of lifelong education becomes increasingly important.By systematically studying the history and current situation of lifelong education in America and European countries,and using the methods of comparative and practical research,this paper analyzes the current situation and relevant problems of the community education in Suzhou,and puts forward some suggestions:strengthening legislative construction and government overall planning,bringing in community involvement,establishing cooperative structure,perfecting evaluation system,and broadening funding channels,with the expectation to provide some help for the future growth of the practice of community education in Suzhou.
