摘要 高校青年教师承担着教学工作的主要任务,承载着铸魂育人的初心使命,他们的价值观样态会对培育“时代新人”的育人目标产生深远影响。当前大多数青年教师面临着职称普遍较低、收入普遍较少、负担普遍较重、思想普遍敏锐等较难改变的现实窘境,致使社会主义核心价值观认同遭遇疏离化的困境。依照社会存在决定社会意识的理论,高校青年教师们所面临的现实问题必定会影响他们输出符合主流意识形态的思想意识。为了让广大高校青年教师都能够“四心”从教,成为“四有”好老师,必须优化职称政策、强化待遇保障、完善社保体系、创新网管模式,以解决他们的后顾之忧和前程之盼。 Young teachers in universities undertake the main task of teaching and carry the original mission of casting soul and education.Their values will have a far-reaching impact on the educational goal of cultivating“students of the new generation”.However,most young teachers are generally faced with practical dilemmas which are difficult to change,such as low professional titles,low income,heavy burden and sharp thinking,resulting in the alienation of the identification of core values.According to the theory that social existence determines social consciousness,the practical problems faced by young teachers in universities will inevitably affect their output of ideological consciousness in line with the mainstream ideology.In order to enable the majority of young teachers to teach students with“Four Mentalities”and become“Good Teachers of Four Qualities”,we must optimize the professional title policy,strengthen the benefit guarantee,improve the social security system and innovate the network management mode,so as to remove their worries and meet their expectations for the future.
