摘要
基于生态系统理论,厘清校外培训机构处于自身行业内部生态系统之中且嵌构在整个教育乃至社会的大生态系统之中的生态位,探索其与学生、家长、学校、社会等教育生态主体及教育、社会、经济、政治、文化等生态要素之间存在整体关联与平衡的多维关系,以明确当前“双减”政策下校外培训机构治理工作中存在治理目标短视性、治理方式割裂性、治理过程松散性等问题。通过引导校外培训机构找准生态位,树立校外培训机构治理的平等、多元生态理念,明晰校外培训机构治理的生态动因,以探寻校外培训机构等主体从竞争走向共生的生态理路。
Based on the ecosystem theory,this paper clarifies the niche of off-campus training institutions in the internal ecosystem and in the entire education and social ecosystem,and explores the overall correlation and balance and its multi-dimensional relationship with students,parents,schools,society and other educational ecological entities and education,society,economy,politics,culture and other ecological elements,so as to clarify problems in the governance of off-campus training institutions under the current“double reduction”policy,that is,the superficiality of governance goals and the fragmentation of governance methods,the looseness of the governance process and other issues.By guiding off-campus training institutions to find the ecological niche,establish an equal and diversified ecological concept for the governance of off-campus training institutions,this paper clarifies the ecological motivations for the governance of off-campus training institutions,and explores the ecological path of off-campus training institutions from competition to symbiosis.
