湘西高校颈椎病患者体育行为调查

Investigation and Research on Sports Behavior of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis in Universities of Western Hunan

本论文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对248名高校教师颈椎病患者平时锻炼情况进行调查.调查结果表明:湘西地区高校教师颈椎病患者的发病原因主要受年龄、性别、工作等因素的影响,且教师颈椎病患者对于体育锻炼可治疗颈椎病的观念认识不强.因此,学校有关部门应加强体育运动的宣传力度,保障教师运动环境,提升教师运动意识.

This paper adopts the method of documentary and questionnaire survey,taking 248 teachers with cervical spondylosis in universities as research objects.The results showed that the causes of cervical spondylosis of college teachers in Xiangxi are mainly affected by age,gender and work.Moreover,teachers with cervical spondylosis do not have a strong understanding of the idea that physical exercise can treat cervical spondylosis.Therefore,the relevant departments of the school should strengthen the propaganda of sports,protect the environment of teachers'sports,and enhance their sports consciousness.
