摘要
针对柬埔寨地区机制砂生产过程中产生的大量废弃凝灰岩石粉,该文通过试验研究了石灰石粉和凝灰岩石粉复合作为复合掺合料用于水泥胶砂中的关键技术指标:流动度比、7 d活性指数和28 d活性指数,旨在推进孤石机制砂石粉在工程中的应用。研究表明:凝灰岩石粉的流动度比稍差于石灰石粉,活性指数高于石灰石粉,石灰石粉和凝灰岩石粉以1∶2比例复合作为复合掺合料,替代30%水泥,所制备的水泥胶砂性能最优。
Aiming at the large amount of waste tuff powder generated during production of machine-made sand in Cambodia,this paper studied the key technical indicators of limestone powder and tuff powder compound as compound admixture used in cement mortar:fluidity ratio,7 d activity index and 28 d activity index,so as to promote the application of boulder mechanized sand powder in engineering.Results show that the fluidity ratio of tuff powder is slightly inferior to that of limestone powder,and activity index is higher than that of limestone powder.When limestone powder and tuff powder are mixed in the ratio of 1∶2 as compound admixture to replace 30%cement,the cement mortar prepared based on this have the best performance.
