摘要
为探究水泥基胶砂强度尺寸效应的影响规律,通过改变用水量,调整各试验组的水胶比(W/C),来研究不同尺寸下水泥胶砂强度尺寸效应的影响规律。其中试块分别采用40 mm×40 mm×160 mm和20 mm×40 mm×160 mm的棱柱体。结果表明:当水灰比较小时,尺寸效应对抗折强度的影响较为明显,但是对抗压强度影响并不明显。通过对试验数据进行回归分析得出标准试件与非标准试件之间的转换关系,并依据混凝土强度经验公式推演拟算出非标准试件下抗折与抗压强度的关系式方程。
In order to explore the influence law of size effect of cement-based mortar strength,this paper studied the influence law of size effect of cement-based mortar strength under different sizes by changing the water consumption and adjusting the water-binder ratio(W/C)of each experimental group.The test block sizes of 40 mm×40 mm×160 mm and 20 mm×40 mm×160 mm prismatic samples were tested.The results show that when the water-cement ratio is small,the size effect has a more obvious effect on the flexural strength,but the effect on the compressive strength is not obvious.Through regression analysis of test data,the conversion relationship between standard specimens and non-standard specimens is obtained,and the relation equation of flexural strength and compressive strength under non-standard specimens is deduced according to empirical formula of concrete strength.
