摘要
为了解决厂家卸料生产线原“一字型”卸料器卸料效果不佳,经过对卸料器进行升级改造,将“一字型”犁式卸料器改造为双侧卸料器。进一步通过多次试验,提出了改进措施:加装Ф10 mm圆钢在犁刀与皮带之间接触面、增大犁头的自重、增加锁紧装置和加大电液推杆作用力,调试成功后的双侧犁式卸料器可以成功将物料引入下料斗,进入料仓集中存放,基本上满足生产线的要求。
In order to solve the poor unloading effect of the original"I-shaped"unloader in the manufacturer's unloading production line,after upgrading the unloader,the"I-shaped"plow unloader was transformed into a bilateral unloader.Further,through many tests,the improvement measures were put forward:addingФ10 mm round steel at the contact surface between the plow and the belt,increasing the dead weight of the plow,increasing the locking device and increasing the force of the electro-hydraulic push rod.After successful commissioning,the bilateral plow unloader can successfully introduce the materials into the lower hopper and enter the silo for centralized storage,which basically meets the requirements of the production line.
