摘要
目前我国正在大规模进行城市道路工程建设,其建设水平和运营品质对于项目及其周边区域的可持续性具有重要影响。该文采用文献调研和问卷调查法从技术可持续性、经济可持续性等五个方面识别并筛选出20个关键二级指标,选取C-OWA算子确定各二级指标权重,并采用集对分析方法确定城市道路工程可持续性等级,最后以武汉市森林大道工程为例验证了该文提出模型的科学性和有效性。结果表明,影响该项目可持续性的关键指标为设计可持续性、融资模式合理性以及运维成本合理性。
At present,China is carrying out large-scale urban road engineering,and the construction level and operation quality have an important impact on the sustainable development of cities.In this paper,20 key secondary indicators were identified and screened from five aspects,such as technical sustainability and economic sustainability.The weights of all secondary indicators were determined by the C-OWA operator,and the sustainability level of urban road engineering was determined by the Set Pair Analysis.Finally,taking the Senlin Avenue Project in Wuhan as an example,the scientific and effective model proposed in this paper was verified.The key indicators affecting the sustainability of this project were the sustainability of the design,the rationality of financing model,and the rationality of operation and maintenance cost.
