体育强国视域下青少年体质健康促进的现实困境及发展路径

The Realistic Predicament and Development Path of Adolescent Physical Health Promotion from the Perspective of Sports Power

"体育强国"既是实现中华民族伟大复兴梦的重要内容,也是新时期我国体育工作改革和发展的重要战略目标。青少年是祖国的未来,民族的希望,其体质健康水平的促进是体育强国实现的重要使命。在此视域下,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,从学校、家庭、社会三个方面对我国青少年学生体质健康促进所处现实困境进行剖析。针对困境问题,提出相应发展路径:1)改进学校体育课程,建立科学高效评价与监督体系2)优化体育教师师资队伍,加快学校体育场地设施完善3)纠正家庭健康思维意识,唤醒家长榜样行为,培养青少年体育锻炼习惯4)激活家庭体育氛围,创建良好体育运动环境5)完善青少年公共体育服务体系,提供高效公共体育服务体系6)营造政策实施法制氛围,强化监督体系。

"sports power" is not only an important content to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is a dream, is also China’s reform and development of sports work in the new period of important strategic purpose.Teenagers are the future of the motherland, the nation’s hope, the physical health level is a sports power in promoting implementation of important mission.Under the horizon, using literature, logic analysis and other research methods, from the school, family and society three aspects to our country to promote young students physical health.According to trouble problem, put forward the corresponding development path: 1)Improve school physical education curriculum, establish a scientific and efficient evaluation and supervision system, 2) The optimization of sports teachers to speed up the school sports facilities is perfect.3)Correct home health mind, wake up parents model behavior, cultivating youth sports exercise habits4) Activate the family sports atmosphere, create a good environment for sports5) Perfect youth public sports service system, to provide efficient public sports service system6) Creating the atmosphere of policy implementation of legal system, strengthen the supervision system.
